Slow Down Studio is a four-week virtual cohort (not a one-time webinar). Each week we'll meet live for 90-minutes of guided therapeutic art making, reflection, and connection. Four sessions, small group, real space for you.
Space is limited to 6 to 8 participants. If this feels like something you've been needing, I'd love to have you.
If you spend most of your time caring for others and very little time caring for yourself, this is for you.
Slow Down Studio is a four-week live group experience that uses therapeutic art making to help you regulate, reconnect, and find some breathing room in the middle of a full and demanding life. No art experience needed. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.
We'll meet four consecutive Wednesday mornings over Google Meet, beginning April 22nd. The group is small by design, just 6 to 8 people, so there's real space for everyone.
Each 90-minute session includes:
🎨 A gentle check-in
🎨 Intention setting
🎨 Individual art making
🎨 Guided reflection and engagement with your art and process
Dates: April 22, April 29, May 6, May 13
Time: 9:00 - 10:30am CT
Format: Virtual, Google Meet
Group size: 6 to 8 participants
Investment: $120 (pilot price)
Refund policy: Full refunds are available through April 15th. Given that this is a closed group, after April 15th, refunds are not available. If something comes up, please reach out and we'll do our best to work something out.
Slow Down Studio is designed for therapists, counselors, teachers, caregivers, and other helping professionals who are running low and ready to do something about it. You don't need any art experience. You just need to show up.
Now's the time.
Space is limited to 6 to 8 participants and the first session begins April 22nd. I'd love to have you in the room.

I'm Taryn, a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience in the mental health field. I know what it feels like to be so depleted that caring for yourself falls completely off the list. I've been there. That experience is what drives everything I create for teachers, therapists, caregivers, and other big-hearted people who are much better at showing up for others than for themselves.
